TILSMORE 2020 VINTAGE
Tilsmore 2020 marks the debut of our flagship English Sparkling Wine. Produced using the Traditional Method, with a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this Extra Brut sparkling wine features delicate notes of citrus fruits, blossom and toasted bread, culminating in a distinctive, long finish.
Inspired by the ancient woodland that shelters the vineyard on three sides and a love of local folklore, we set out to express the atmosphere of the land in the form of truly special small-batch sparkling wines, with this inaugural release of only 673 bottles. The wine was produced with grapes grown and hand-harvested on the Tilsmore vineyard in Mayfield, East Sussex.
